At Tours Medellín Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality service and unforgettable experiences. However, we understand that unexpected changes can happen. Below you’ll find our cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellations by the customer
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable, as logistics and reservations have already been arranged.
No-shows (not attending the tour without notice) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling
Tours may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability on the new date.
3. Cancellations by Tours Medellín Coffee
In the event of extreme weather conditions, logistical issues, or force majeure that require us to cancel the tour, the customer may choose to:
Reschedule the activity at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund.
